Compare Salt Lake City bus rental prices in under 30 seconds — no account required and no waiting around on callbacks! Enter your date, group size, and pickup location to land on a results page showing vehicles and pricing from a network of transportation companies serving Salt Lake City, Utah. Pricing depends on the bus type and size, your trip dates, how many hours or miles you need, and any extra amenities your group wants — like onboard WiFi, power outlets, reclining seats, or an onboard restroom for longer runs up I-15 to Ogden or out I-80 toward Park City.
Party buses with built-in bars and LED lighting price differently than a straightforward 56-passenger motorcoach, and a Saturday night bachelorette run through downtown SLC prices differently than a Tuesday corporate shuttle. Need a multi-stop wedding shuttle looping between a downtown hotel and a venue in the Cottonwood Heights foothills? A recurring employee shuttle between the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub (600 W 100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) and a tech campus in Draper?
A fleet of charter buses for a convention at the Salt Palace? Call 385-249-5760 and the team will put it together. That's the whole idea — make finding and booking group transportation in Salt Lake City so much easier than it's ever been before!
We make it easy to find and book group transportation for every kind of trip across Salt Lake City and the entire Wasatch Front! From airport shuttles and ski resort runs to weddings, prom nights, corporate events, and long-distance charters, Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com connects you to a large network of buses serving Salt Lake City — so whatever brings your group together, there's a bus ready for it. Browse the services below and find yours!

Fill out one quick form to compare airport shuttles serving Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) (776 N Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84122) from a network of transportation companies — and skip the parking garage scramble entirely. SLC handled 26.2 million passengers in 2023, making it the busiest airport in the Mountain West and a Delta Air Lines hub. The airport's new central terminal, which opened in 2023, consolidates all ground transportation on the lower level of the Central Terminal building, accessed via the ramp from North Terminal Drive.
Charter bus pickup and drop-off is in the designated commercial ground transportation zone on that lower level — a separate curb from rideshare, so tell your group coordinator not to walk toward the app pickup area.
At SLC, interstate charter buses use the middle Bravo lane at Columns 1B and 5B, marked by the airport's green curb; an empty pickup bus waits in the airport staging lot until everyone and every bag is at the curb. Your bus rolls forward only when the group is ready, so nobody is standing around while the coach circles the terminal. See the Salt Lake City International Airport interstate bus pickup and staging instructions for the terminal approach.
One bus keeps your whole group together from the first pickup through baggage claim, without splitting everyone across a caravan of cars or paying surge pricing on a dozen individual rideshares. Whether you're arriving for a Jazz game at the Delta Center, heading out for a conference, or coordinating a large group for a ski trip, Salt Lake City airport transportation through Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com is the easiest way to handle it. Call 385-249-5760 or use the online quote tool now!

You planned the concert — let the transportation plan itself! Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com makes it easy to compare buses for shows at Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre (2200 W 3300 S, West Valley City, UT 84119), Red Butte Garden Amphitheatre (300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108), the Delta Center (301 S Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101), and venues across the Salt Lake metro. SR-201 westbound to West Valley City backs up 90 minutes before major amphitheatre shows, and parking at Red Butte fills fast on summer nights when the season runs May through October.
Instead of splitting your group into separate cars and hunting for parking at each venue, a Salt Lake City concert bus rental drops your group at the entrance and picks everyone up when the show ends — no surge pricing, no 20-minute walk to the car. And if you want the party to start before you arrive, a 15–50 passenger party bus comes loaded with a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system to keep the energy up from the first pickup to the first song. Compare buses and pricing in seconds using the online quote tool, or call 385-249-5760 any time!

Coordinating a team across the Wasatch Front already has enough moving parts — let Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com make the transportation the easy part! Find corporate charter bus rentals in Salt Lake City for conferences, client site visits, off-sites, and multi-day conventions at the Salt Palace Convention Center, which offers 515,000 square feet of exhibit space and hosts major annual events like Outdoor Retailer every August. Instead of sending your team across I-15 in a dozen separate cars during the 4:00–6:30 p.m. peak-hour crawl, one charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule and on the same itinerary.
Full-size 56-passenger motorcoaches come with reclining seats, climate control, onboard WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays — so your team can stay productive on the road between sessions. And because Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com pulls from a large network of transportation companies serving Salt Lake City, you can compare a 28-passenger minibus against a full-size coach for the same date and find the vehicle that fits your headcount and your budget. Call 385-249-5760 or use the online quote tool to get started!

Hit the road without the headache of a solo commute! According to the INRIX 2023 Global Traffic Scorecard, Salt Lake City drivers lose approximately 42 hours a year to congestion — and the I-15 corridor between 400 South and 600 North is where most of that time disappears during the 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 4:00–6:30 p.m. peak windows. A dedicated employee shuttle bus in Salt Lake City turns that dead commute time into something useful — or at least a lot more comfortable — and gives your company one predictable transportation cost instead of reimbursing parking across dozens of cars.
Set up a recurring route from the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub or a UTA TRAX station, connect your team between a downtown office and a Draper or South Jordan campus, or run a temporary shuttle while your parking lot is under construction. Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com helps you compare minibuses and full-size charter buses for the schedule your company actually runs. Daily, weekly, or long-term — your shuttle, your route, your timing. Call 385-249-5760 to get it set up!

Charterbusservicessaltlakecity.com helps you find full-size motorcoaches for group trips from SLC to Las Vegas, NV (~420 miles south via I-15, roughly 6 hours), Denver, CO (~525 miles east via I-80 and I-70, roughly 7.5 hours), Boise, ID (~340 miles northwest via I-84, roughly 5 hours), and Phoenix, AZ (~650 miles south via I-15 and I-17, roughly 9 hours). And for shorter regional runs, a long-distance charter bus from Salt Lake City to Park City is only about 35 miles east on I-80 — easy for a ski weekend, a Sundance Film Festival group, or a corporate retreat.

Waiting in a post-game traffic jam on I-15 is nobody's idea of a good time — especially when you just watched the Jazz win at the Delta Center or the Utes pull off a comeback at Rice-Eccles Stadium (451 S 1400 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84112). A sporting event charter bus rental in Salt Lake City keeps your whole fan group together from the first tailgate through the final buzzer — with one coordinated drop-off, one pickup, and none of the post-game parking scramble.
Heading to a Real Salt Lake match at America First Field (9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070)? Delta Center sits at the corner of 300 West and South Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. Charter buses drop off passengers on South Temple Street at the arena's main entrance. Because downtown SLC enforces curbside idling limits, buses do not wait at the curb — they stage in the nearby Triad Center surface lots on 300 West or coordinate with the Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub (600 W 100 S), approximately 0.6 miles west, between drop-off and pickup.
The rideshare zone is on 300 West between South Temple and 100 South — a different curb than charter bus drop-off, so make sure your group knows where to meet the bus after the game. Delta Center now hosts both the Utah Jazz (NBA) and the Utah Hockey Club (NHL), so game-night demand on downtown parking is high — coordinate your pickup window before tip-off or puck drop. Confirm current event-specific access details by contacting the Delta Center at (801) 325-2000 before your visit, as assignments can vary by event.
Rice-Eccles Stadium sits on the east side of the University of Utah campus with a capacity of 51,444. Charter buses drop off passengers on the east side of the stadium on 1400 East near the main gate. Bus parking is available in Lot 1 and Lot 3 on the south end of campus, coordinated in advance through University of Utah Commuter Services at (801) 581-6415.
Buses must enter campus via Guardsman Way to access the south lots. On Utah Utes football Saturdays, 1400 East between 500 South and Sunnyside Avenue sees heavy pedestrian traffic and partial lane closures — build extra time into your arrival. The UTA TRAX Red Line Stadium Station is directly adjacent to the stadium's north end, so groups mixing charter bus and rail can use the Fort Douglas parking area on the east side of campus as a staging point.
Confirm current lot assignments with Commuter Services before your game-day trip.
Rice-Eccles Stadium also runs a clear-bag policy with no-bag lines at the major gates, and valid game tickets provide free rides on UTA buses, TRAX, and FrontRunner. Your charter bus can leave the campus crowd with the bags stowed underneath while ticketed passengers use the stadium's transit connection for the last leg. See the official Rice-Eccles Stadium game-day guide for the current entry and transit rules.
America First Field is home to Real Salt Lake (MLS) and Utah Royals FC (NWSL), located approximately 15 miles south of downtown Salt Lake City via I-15. Charter buses access the stadium from State Street (US-89) southbound, with passenger drop-off coordinated along 9400 South near the main east entrance. Bus and oversized vehicle parking is in Lot H on the stadium's south perimeter, accessible from 9600 South.
Advance coordination is required — contact RSL Group Sales at (801) 727-2700 before your match day to confirm your lot assignment and approach. The Sandy Expo TRAX station is approximately 0.5 miles north of the stadium, so groups combining charter bus and light rail can use it as a meet point. Confirm current parking assignments on the Real Salt Lake official parking page before your visit.
Utah State Fairpark (155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) covers 68 acres just north of North Temple and hosts the Utah State Fair (September 10–20, 2026) along with livestock shows, trade shows, and Grandstand concerts year-round. Charter buses drop off at the main entrance on 1000 West at North Temple. Large vehicle and bus parking is available in the north lots off 200 North, accessed via 1000 West.
The North Temple FrontRunner/TRAX station is approximately 0.7 miles east of the Fairpark, making a bus-plus-rail combination workable for very large groups. State Fair week is one of the busiest periods of the year for Salt Lake City bus rentals — book well in advance if your trip falls in early September. Call 385-249-5760 or use the online quote tool to compare available buses for your Fairpark event!
For school groups, the bus parks free on the west side of Lot C after entering from 1000 West, and students enter through Gate C near the Days of '47 Arena; approved chaperone vehicles receive the same complimentary parking only when they arrive directly behind the bus. Your bus unloads at the Fairpark's school-group entrance and keeps the whole class together instead of sending chaperones hunting for separate spaces. See the Utah State Fairpark school-group bus parking instructions for the current arrival layout.
Salt Palace Convention Center is one of the largest convention centers in the Mountain West, with 515,000 square feet of exhibit space. Charter buses drop off at the main entrance on SW Temple. For extended staging between runs, buses use the 200 South loading dock area on the south side of the building.
The Salt Lake City Intermodal Hub (600 W 100 S) — approximately 0.5 miles west — serves as the city's primary large-vehicle staging area for downtown events and is the standard bus-holding location between convention center runs. The TRAX Convention Center station is directly adjacent on 200 South. Major annual events at the Salt Palace include Outdoor Retailer every August and FanX Salt Lake Comic Convention in September — both of which fill downtown SLC hotel rooms and drive significant charter bus demand.
Confirm current access details with the Salt Palace at (801) 534-4777 before your event.
Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre is a Live Nation venue with a capacity of 20,000, located approximately 8 miles southwest of downtown Salt Lake City via I-15 to SR-201. Charter buses access the venue from 3300 South westbound to 2200 West. Passenger drop-off and oversized vehicle parking are in the north parking fields, coordinated in advance through the venue box office.
Call the venue at (801) 287-8800 to confirm your approach and staging assignment before show day. SR-201 westbound from I-15 backs up significantly 90 minutes before major shows — build extra time into your departure from downtown SLC. The standard rideshare zone is on the east side of the property; buses use the west entrance off 2200 West.
Confirm current details on the Live Nation venue page before your visit.
Book three to six months out for most Salt Lake City trips, and stretch that to six months or more for the dates that fill fastest. Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club home games at the Delta Center run October through April, and the NHL's inaugural Utah Hockey Club season has added a brand-new layer of demand to an already busy arena calendar. Utah Utes football Saturdays at Rice-Eccles Stadium run September through November, and the Sundance Film Festival in January pulls enormous group travel demand from Salt Lake City toward Park City (~35 miles east on I-80).
Ski season from November through April is one of the busiest windows of the year for bus rentals on the Wasatch Front — shuttles to Park City Mountain Resort, Snowbird, and Alta book out early on peak winter weekends. Prom season in April and May across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County school districts is the single busiest stretch of the year for party buses. Outdoor Retailer in August and the Utah State Fair in early September both drive significant convention and event demand.
The cheapest windows are typically late February, early March, and mid-November outside of ski weekends. Waiting until the last minute almost always means higher prices and fewer choices — call 385-249-5760 now to lock in your date!
